When picking up your bike, please pay

Conduct a visual inspection of the bike and document its condition with photos or video. Check for any chips or scratches and note the fuel level in the tank, ensuring it matches what’s stated in your agreement. Then send all inspection photos and videos to our messenger to confirm the bike’s initial condition.
To pick up the bike, you must sign the rental agreement and pay a deposit. Carefully review the agreement, paying special attention to the fields for start and return dates, deposit amount, and fuel level at pickup. Make sure all details are accurate. Feel free to ask any questions if you have doubts or need clarification.
Our staff member will conduct a mandatory briefing on bike operation and road safety, and will familiarize you with Thailand’s specific traffic rules. - Deposit: starts from 3,000 THB. You may pay in any currency—your deposit will be refunded in the same currency upon return.
- Documents: to prepare the agreement, we will take a copy of your passport.
- Payment: rental fees are paid in full at contract signing for the entire rental period. Note that fees for early returns are non-refundable. We recommend planning your trip, tours, and excursions carefully to avoid misunderstandings and ensure comfortable use of the rented vehicle.
- Inspection & Documentation: before handing over the bike, we document its condition with photos and video. You may do this yourself or together with us. This helps avoid disputes over damage upon return—the deposit will be fully refunded if the bike is returned undamaged and in good working order.

Yes, to ride a motorcycle in Thailand you must hold a valid driver’s license with an open “A” category (motorcycles). You also need an International Driving Permit (IDP) to legally operate a vehicle abroad. Without an “A” license or IDP, you may face a 1,000 THB fine. Note that photocopies or photos of your license made in Thailand are not considered official and are also punishable by a fine. The fine payment must be accompanied by a receipt, which is valid only for 24 hours after payment. We recommend preparing all required documents in advance and following traffic rules for a safe and legal rental experience.

- You can rent a bike starting from a 3-day minimum; after return you may extend the rental or pick up a new bike to continue your trip.
- Free delivery to your hotel or villa on Samui is available only for rentals of 5 days or more.
- Riding off the island is strictly prohibited.
- Once you rent a bike, you assume full responsibility for it.
- Upon return, each bike undergoes a complete inspection, cleaning, and repair (if needed) before being rented to the next customer.
All our bikes are refueled exclusively with 95-octane gasoline (Gasohol 95) at major certified stations such as PTT Station, Caltex, Shell, Petroliam, Susco, Total Esso, and Bangchak (marked with a green leaf). In emergencies, bottled gasoline is allowed.
Forget about going inside to pay! It’s simple and convenient—just a few steps, and your tank is full again.

- Sprinkle Banocin powder or another antiseptic powder (e.g., Pises Powder). You may also use Prickly Heat powder (available at 7-Eleven).
- Cover the wound with a sterile bandage.
Due to high humidity in Thailand, wounds heal more slowly than in dry climates. After initial treatment, follow these guidelines:
- Do not wet or rinse the wound again (except for the initial rinse).
- For the first few days, continue treating the wound as instructed: apply Banocin powder to dry the area and form a protective crust.
- At home (ideally in air-conditioned surroundings), remove the bandage to speed healing. Always use a bandage outdoors to protect the wound.
- If the wound becomes infected, fails to heal, or inflammation spreads—seek hospital care immediately.
If the rented bike is not returned by the agreed date and we lose contact with the renter, we will immediately file an official report with the police for unauthorized possession of the vehicle. Such cases are treated as serious offenses in Thailand. Until full compensation and payment of all related fines are settled, exit from the country will be impossible—the immigration control system will block your departure. We strongly recommend adhering to the rental terms and returning the bike on time.
The renter bears full responsibility for the bike’s exterior appearance and technical condition throughout the rental period. If the battery dies due to renter error (for example, leaving the headlight on overnight), battery replacement or charging costs will be charged to the renter. The renter is also responsible for flat tires, damage caused by leaving the bike submerged, and loss of keys or registration documents. Please note that the company does not provide theft, accident, or damage insurance—any such costs must be fully covered by the renter.
- In case of bike damage, notify us immediately. We will assess the cost of parts and labor and inform you of the quote.
- You may choose to visit a nearby service center or an official Honda/Yamaha dealer for repairs or part replacements.
- If the damage occurred due to renter fault, repair costs are the renter’s responsibility.
- We recommend against lending the bike to third parties; you remain fully liable under the rental agreement.
- For a flat tire, visit the nearest tire shop for self-service repair.
- For a break-down or mechanical failure, contact us immediately so we can arrange a prompt replacement bike.
- If the key fob battery dies, replace it at the nearest 7-Eleven; the cost will be reimbursed upon bike return.
- If you lose the electronic key, replacement costs are at your expense.
- Each rental includes two free helmets, which are disinfected after each use with special cleaning agents to ensure hygiene for every customer.
- If you wish to have a brand-new helmet, you may rent one from us for 300 THB for the entire rental period.
- We also provide child helmets free of charge—remember that child safety is paramount!
By signing the rental agreement, you assume full financial responsibility for all property provided to you, including the bike, helmets, and any additional accessories. Liability covers loss, damage, or breakdowns, except for technical malfunctions due to manufacturer defect or normal wear and tear not caused by the renter or third parties. We expect you to handle the equipment with care throughout the rental period.
